The Lynx lead the league in in scoring, averaging 78.8 points per game, and free throw shooting, making 84.8 percent of their shots from the line. The Sparks lead the league in field goal percentage at 49.8 percent, three-point shooting with 37.9 percent, as well as assists, points allowed and are second in scoring behind their opponent on Tuesday, the Lynx.
Both teams have star players, as well. The Lynx have Maya Moore, who is coming off a triple double against rookie Breanna Stewart and the Seattle Storm. The Sparks have Candace Parker, who is averaging 16.5 points and 7.4 rebounds in the 20th WNBA season.
The one thing to watch for is the fact that the Lynx lead the league the scoring and the Sparks have given up the least amount of points per game. One of these has to give as the last two undefeated teams, also the two teams with the best records in WNBA history, face off. Tip-off is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
